ODE TO BEETHOVEN
SING ODE TO JOY!
Local singing enthusiasts are invited to come and learn the epic ‘Ode to Joy’ chorus from Beethoven’s 9th Symphony under dedicated conductor Katrine Reimers in Cedars Hall, Wells on Sunday 6th June. Courtesy of a CRFG from the Arts Council and support from Wells Town Hall, this one-off session will be for free. A maximum of 100 socially-distanced singers can attend so please book your place early to avoid disappointment! A series of six weekly rehearsals at a total cost of £24 per person will then be held from June 2021 for anybody who would like to perform the work with full orchestra and soloists as part of WOWFest in Wells on 17th July.
