Once in Stockholm you are spoilt for choice: the majestic Engelbrekt church is the perfect location for even the largest of symphony orchestras, as is the covered stage on the main Kungstradgarden square. The royal Gripsholms palace just outside Stockholm boasts a medieval theatre and a perfect little recital hall, whilst the imposing Uppsala Cathedral is the ideal location for choirs and chamber ensembles. In your free time you can discover your inner Viking at the Vasa museum and take a dip in the inviting waters beckoning you at every turn.
