One of our all time favourite destinations, Latvia is an unusual choice for many but you will leave totally enchanted. Nicknamed 'the Land of Song', Latvia delights by the joy and friendliness of its people, the simple, colourful beauty of its meandering streets, the deep appreciation and admiration of local audiences and the unspoilt and relative 'quiet' of its endless sandy beaches and beauty spots. Based in central Riga you will be able to discover the charm of this ever-welcoming city, perform with a local school orchestra in the wonderful acoustics of St Peter's Basilica or the beautiful Small Guild, then venture for further concerts and breath-taking sites of Bauska & Cesis Castles, Jurmala Lutheran church (and beach!), Talsi or Sigulda. We love Latvia. If you can get there, you won't want to leave!
