FESTIVALS

TIME organises its own festivals as well as working in partnership with dozens of festivals across Europe, ranging from local festivities to major international music festivals. Festivals offer fantastic opportunities to meet other musicians, enjoy local and enthusiastic audiences and fully immerse oneself in a rich, cultural environment and tradition.

WOWFest: Wells Orchestral Weekend was created in our home city of Wells under the patronage of celebrity conductor Charles Hazlewood in 2018 and welcomes all natures of youth performing ensembles from around the world to England’s smallest city every other year. The Provençal Festival of Youth Orchestras was created in 2005 and is now one of the largest youth orchestra festivals in the world, welcoming 10-15 orchestras each year to the most significant sites across the beautiful shores and mountains of Provence & Cote d’Azur, France.

We can also arrange participation and tours based around festivals for young musicians in Riga (Latvia), Dobrna (Slovenia) and Groznjan (Jeunesses Musicales, Croatia), as well as local festivals and regular concert series throughout the UK. We work with many other music and community festivals in Europe who regularly host our groups and endeavour to include at least one performance per tour in a local series or festival wherever possible, selected according to the dates, location and precise nature of each ensemble.
