As well as taking care of all performance and concert requirements, TIME can offer full concert tours including accommodation, travel and sight-seeing for all ensembles, all budgets, all year round.
Please see below for details on a range of favourite destinations across the continent. New partners and locations are constantly sourced for each tour to ensure each individual ensemble can benefit from the best possible venues and opportunities available in their preferred destination. From a Volcano museum in southern Iceland through Irish heritage sites, Scottish castles, English country homes, roman ruins in southern France and the deepest, darkest cave in Slovenia to ancient Latvian landmarks, our venues include some of the most iconic cultural sites in Europe.
Accommodation
TIME works with a range of accommodation options varying from luxury hotels to student residences and monasteries to cater for all budgets and requirements. Most of our tours are in half-board with one meal provided daily at your hotel, but full-board and B&B are also available, as well as packed lunches and restaurant meals. All of our accommodation options are personally checked by us before your arrival and only those with access and facilities essential to groups of musicians are used.
Travel
We can organise coach travel within your country of destination as well as instrument van with driver and rental instruments if required. Groups normally book their own flight travel but we are able to provide a quote for this through a recommended supplier on request and can also handle Eurostar bookings on your behalf.
Sightseeing
Sight-seeing and cultural activities are centred around the concerts and fully tailored to your tastes and requirements. They may include opportunities to visit local towns and villages, guided tours of cultural and historical sites, free time on the beach, local markets and events or cultural workshops, wine-tasting, canoeing or zip-wires!
In addition you will benefit from the full-time presence of a local, bilingual TIME guide to ensure your tour runs extra smoothly.
